What you will do

  • Prospect and engage C-level decision-makers at financial institutions for lending and origination products.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to maximize market reach.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships across all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, banking solutions, or commercial lending sales.
  • Proven track record in commercial or consumer lending.
  • Experience selling directly to C-level prospects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
