What you will do
- Prospect and engage C-level decision-makers at financial institutions for lending and origination products.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to maximize market reach.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships across all organizational levels.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, banking solutions, or commercial lending sales.
- Proven track record in commercial or consumer lending.
- Experience selling directly to C-level prospects.
- Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

- Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation strategies.
- Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment.
