Salary: $112,800 – $257,000 (annualized USD).

• Provide advanced operational and intelligence expertise for airpower defense accounts.
• Develop realistic, threat-aligned mission scenarios across digital, live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) environments.
• Translate real-world mission understanding into technical requirements for modeling and simulation.
• Advise clients on complex defense problems and operational integration.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure training systems reflect real-world workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in tactical operations, mission planning, or advanced instruction.
• Experience with modeling and simulation, scenario development, or LVC integrated systems.
• Knowledge of multi-domain threats, adversary systems, and intelligence processes.
• Top Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
