What you will do

• Develop and modify technical electrical design deliverables using 2D/3D CAD and BIM software.
• Apply foundational engineering principles to create moderately complex design concepts for power generation facilities.
• Perform design calculations, material quantity estimates, and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to exchange project information and ensure design consistency.
• Provide technical guidance to other engineering professionals and technicians.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with project-specific codes, standards, and quality programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Bentley MicroStation.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and design practices.
• Diploma or Certificate required; Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with AGI32 for lighting design and illumination calculations.
• Previous experience in nuclear or power generation projects.
