• Participate in customer meetings to provide expert insights and build client relationships.
• Implement agile methods and LEAN problem-solving techniques to improve team performance.
• Monitor project performance and maintain a reporting cadence to achieve quarterly goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Grand Rapids, MI.
