What you will do

• Lead development and configuration within the MS Dynamics 365 landscape, including CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Design and implement scalable solutions in alignment with the product roadmap to minimize technical debt.
• Partner with solution architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Lead technical requirements workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive requirements for all development activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in development and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, and MS CRM SDK.
• Experience using Azure for integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with upstream/downstream systems.
• Proven track record of implementing CRM enhancements, including UI customization, workflows, and 3rd party integrations (e.g., DocuSign, WorkDay).
• Must be based in or able to work from Fort Lee, New Jersey.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, or Power Apps Expert.
• Knowledge of reporting architecture and Power BI.
• Banking domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in Visio and Excel.
