What you will do

• Design and implement HubSpot data models, including custom objects, associations, and property schemas.
• Build and manage multi-stage approval workflows, automation triggers, and lifecycle processes.
• Configure and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and native connectors.
• Manage HubSpot-Salesforce integration, including data mapping, sync rules, and object behavior.
• Maintain data quality, record hygiene, and configuration consistency across sandbox and production environments.
• Document data models, workflows, and integration logic to support ongoing platform maintainability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in HubSpot architecture, administration, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with custom objects, associations, pipelines, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with Sales Hub Enterprise and Operations Hub.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Proven experience with HubSpot-Salesforce connector and complex data modeling.

Nice to have

• HubSpot certifications in architecture or Operations Hub.
• Experience in healthcare, payer systems, or provider data environments.
