What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Coordinate resume distribution and interview scheduling while ensuring timely feedback from hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through active and passive candidate outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers across various business units to identify talent gaps and adjust recruitment strategies.
• Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to drive TA process efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and applicant tracking software.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media and professional networks for sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
