What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding.
- Coordinate resume distribution and interview scheduling while ensuring timely feedback from hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through active and passive candidate outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers across various business units to identify talent gaps and adjust recruitment strategies.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to drive TA process efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and applicant tracking software.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media and professional networks for sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
