What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and deliver ongoing training on product updates, market trends, and selling techniques.
  • Coordinate AI functionality with the AI Office to support prospecting, campaigns, and active opportunities.
  • Design and deploy onboarding programs for revenue functions.
  • Standardize sales processes and workflows while implementing tools and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement roles to identify training gaps and create materials to close them.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to measure training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico
  • Proficiency in English required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales enablement role
  • Working experience developing AI trainings
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or sales training
  • Experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
  • Expertise in Salesforce in a complex global deployment
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms like Seismic or Highspot
