What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues end-to-end, including direct customer communication.
• Debug LLM workflows, prompts, and intent classification to ensure agent reliability.
• Build automation and tools to prevent recurring issues and improve system robustness.
• Trace and analyze issues across APIs, integrations, and browser-side JavaScript.
• Provide structured, metrics-backed feedback to the product team to drive platform improvements.
• Raise the team's technical floor through documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico.
• Experience debugging LLM workflows, prompts, and retrieval systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Express.
• Ability to write diagnostic SQL queries against PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building long-term automation.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers to resolve technical issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Honeycomb, or Sentry.
• Background in Ecommerce or DTC industries.
• Experience building internal tools to automate manual workflows.
