What you will do

• Lead planning and delivery for graphics and rendering systems across 15+ platforms including mobile, console, and PC.
• Collaborate with C++ engineers, designers, and QA to scope and ship technical work for player-facing graphics and foundational systems.
• Define and prioritize program opportunities and present roadmaps to studio stakeholders.
• Translate player and creator experiences into technical roadmap priorities and architectural conversations.
• Own program reporting and maintain stakeholder confidence in deliverables across different organizations and time zones.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from Redmond, Washington.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product/program management or software development (or equivalent experience).
• Technical depth to engage directly in architecture conversations with engine engineers.
• Strong sequencing judgment to balance competing priorities across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in product/program management or software development.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, ADO, GitHub, Hansoft, or Asana.
• Experience creating clarity and scope expectations within complex, ambiguous environments.
• Direct experience working with engineering, design, and quality disciplines.
