What you will do

• Lead credit analytics for the Send Now Pay Later (SNPL) product and serve as the source of truth for credit insights.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on portfolio health, NPL trends, and macroeconomic risk factors.
• Optimize valuation frameworks, vintage analysis, and Net Present Value (NPV) credit models.
• Design and build end-to-end credit analytics frameworks for digital credit products.
• Manage Acquisition Credit Policies to balance approval rates with default risk targets.
• Partner with engineering to integrate and test new scoring models and champion-challenger mechanics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of analytical experience in Credit Risk, specifically in unsecured consumer lending, credit cards, or digital lending.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and statistical modeling tools like Python, R, or dbt.
• Proven track record of defining credit policies and managing growth vs. loss tradeoffs.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists to evaluate and integrate ML-based credit scorecards.
• Strong ability to communicate complex portfolio metrics to C-suite stakeholders.
• Bias for action and ability to thrive in a rapid experimentation environment.
