What you will do

• Lead credit analytics for the SNPL team, serving as the primary source of truth for credit insights.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on portfolio health, NPL trends, and macroeconomic risk factors.
• Optimize valuation frameworks, vintage analysis, and Net Present Value (NPV) credit models.
• Design and build end-to-end credit analytics frameworks for SNPL and future digital credit products.
• Manage Acquisition and Customer Management Credit Policies to balance growth volume and loss provisions.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate scoring models and explore alternative data sources.

Requirements

• 4+ years of analytical experience in Credit Risk, specifically with unsecured consumer lending or digital lending products.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and statistical data modeling using Python, R, or dbt.
• Proven track record of defining credit policies and managing risk-growth tradeoffs.
• Experience working with data scientists to integrate predictive ML credit scorecards.
• Ability to communicate complex portfolio metrics to C-suite executives and investors.
• Bias for action and ability to thrive in a rapid experimentation startup environment.
