• Scope and launch new subscription offerings to market.
• Serve as a steward for high-quality user experience, ensuring clarity, usability, and trust.
• Utilize data, experimentation, and user research to improve subscriber outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with core product, brand, and marketing teams to drive engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in growth, subscriptions, or monetization.
• Proven experience improving activation, engagement, or retention at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using experimentation to drive strategy.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with rapidly evolving products.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and research.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco
