Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

• Operationalize deal flow by tracking pipeline stages and maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including routing agreements and coordinating payments.
• Build and maintain relationships with event host partners as a primary point of contact.
• Partner with product teams to manage event supply, listings, and content accuracy within the app.
• Perform quality control on event listings to ensure brand alignment and policy compliance.
• Analyze partnership data to report on supply health and identify operational improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, partnerships coordination, or account management.
• Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing contracts and vendor processes.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with BD, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
• Professional communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA three times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, or consumer marketplace industries.
• Familiarity with contract management tools like DocuSign or Coupa.
• Background in operational roles supporting product or engineering teams.
