What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to auto insurance leads using a power dialer.
• Generate qualified quote opportunities, targeting 7-10 live transfers or appointment sets per day.
• Handle common objections and apply strong rebuttals to maintain prospect engagement.
• Manage lead status and dispositions within the Ricochet CRM.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to refine call scripts and objection-handling strategies.
• Execute follow-up callbacks and leave professional voicemails for unconverted leads.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound insurance sales or telemarketing, preferably in auto insurance.
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear, confident, and persuasive delivery.
• Proficiency with power dialers and auto-dialing platforms at high volumes.
• Resilience and self-motivation to maintain high energy during extended calling sessions.
• High attention to detail when logging lead information and call outcomes.
• Availability to work Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm PST.
