What you will do
- Execute distribution strategies and ensure regional schematics reflect brand standards.
- Develop and manage annual promotion schedules in alignment with chain HQ goals.
- Analyze business performance and ROI for regional programming and promotions.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key account stakeholders beyond the buyer level.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to update internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with category management and channel leads to drive effective merchandising.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Sales and Key Account experience, preferably in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or hold valid work authorization for the United States.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using internal and external data sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
- Experience in chains across multiple channels, specifically grocery or convenience.
