What you will do

• Manage Active Directory in enterprise environments to ensure proper functioning.
• Handle identity services such as Microsoft Entra ID and synchronization across hybrid environments.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange messaging platforms both Online and On-Premise.
• Manage associated services including DNS, DHCP, Intune, and Teams.
• Implement operational best practices and security standards across platforms.
• Document architecture and support cloud migration or transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical or professional degree in Systems or a related field.
• Solid experience managing Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange in production environments.
• Experience in incident management and operations under ITIL frameworks.
• Knowledge of managing hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
• Experience with security tools such as Microsoft Purview.
• Experience managing core services like Intune, Teams, DNS, and DHCP.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automation using PowerShell.
