hirify.global is an insurance payments network providing digital communications and payment processing for over 300 insurance carriers.

What you will do

  • Administer enterprise VoIP platforms including SIP, cloud PBX, and contact center solutions.
  • Manage user provisioning, call flows, IVR systems, and number porting.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot voice quality issues such as latency, jitter, and packet loss.
  • Integrate VoIP systems with CRM and support tools like Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Support corporate SaaS applications and maintain detailed system documentation and SOPs.
  • Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for communication and telephony issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in VoIP, telecom, or unified communications administration.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Azure VDIs, M365, and SSO/SAML.
  • Solid networking foundations including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and QoS.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Teams Voice or Cisco.
  • Experience with system integrations and APIs.
