What you will do

• Engineer and design M365 Modern Workplace, Security, and Compliance initiatives.
• Plan and maintain the enterprise M365 platform vision and roadmap.
• Develop best practices to ensure successful deployments and high user productivity.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to align services with business requirements.
• Provide proactive maintenance, monitoring, and health checks to minimize disruptions.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 teams with technical documentation and escalation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with M365 platform technologies (Exchange, OneDrive, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience migrating Microsoft On-Prem products to Online.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and Windows 10.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (Fundamentals or Enterprise Administrator).
