What you will do

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and secondary response for escalated customer incidents across diverse multi-tenant environments.
• Analyze and document client server, workstation, and network environments to ensure effective incident resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis for high-level workstation and server incidents following standard operating procedures.
• Develop and implement client infrastructure standards based on best practices and security audits.
• Manage client expectations and provide professional communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers within the team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support/operations, specifically within an MSP or multi-tenant environment.
• Deep expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Exchange/M365, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Strong competency in networking (Layer 2/3, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, NAT, site-to-site VPNs).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with endpoint security (EDR/AV), backup/DR, and patch management.
• Availability to work the 12 PM to 9 PM EST shift and participate in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Network+ or A+ certifications.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102).
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
