Lead Financial Analyst (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid in Libertyville, IL (Minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $96,000 - $140,000 yearly

What you will do

• Partner with business unit leadership to provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
• Lead monthly review meetings and close reporting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure business progress and analyze the market environment.
• Manage annual operating planning (AOP), projections, and P&L report reviews.
• Drive process improvements through automation and advanced analytics using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related financial experience.
• Must be based in the US; sponsorship and relocation are not available.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Experience with SAP and BPC.

Nice to have

• CPA or Master's degree in Finance.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
