What you will do

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting for Full Service, from early-season outlook through real-time in-season adjustments.
• Build and maintain models that translate customer funnel signals into workable demand inputs for capacity planning.
• Develop interval-level, daily, and weekly forecasts to drive staffing and partner capacity decisions.
• Advance forecasting methodology by incorporating time-series models, regression, and ML techniques to reduce forecast error.
• Partner cross-functionally with Workforce Management, Finance, and Marketing to translate model outputs into operational levers.
• Write and maintain production-quality SQL and Python code against the internal datalake.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Diego, California
• 3+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics focused on forecasting, demand planning, or supply-demand modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn) and SQL in large-scale data environments.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying time-series or demand forecasting models in a production context.
• Ability to communicate complex model outputs to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
