What you will do

• Monitor service health and participate in incident response for cloud and application environments.
• Investigate reliability issues across Kubernetes, networking, DNS, and application runtimes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and operational runbooks to improve recovery speed.
• Contribute automation scripts to reduce repetitive operational tasks and improve hygiene.
• Support release reliability by validating changes and assisting with rollback readiness.
• Participate in post-incident reviews to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or relevant engineering roles.
• Familiarity with Linux, HTTP, DNS, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and incident management practices.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
