What you will do

• Design and operate scalable multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps workflows.
• Manage end-to-end Kubernetes cluster lifecycles, networking, and autoscaling.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive observability stack using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Define and implement SLI/SLO policies and lead chaos engineering exercises.
• Eliminate toil through automation, self-service provisioning, and policy-as-code.
• Lead incident response and post-mortems to ensure systemic reliability improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or Platform Engineering at production scale.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), networking, and storage.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi) and GitOps.
• Production-quality coding skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS.
• Proven track record in incident management and systemic post-mortem leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with live-service games or large-scale consumer internet platforms.
• Deep knowledge of service mesh technologies like Istio or Cilium.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud resource optimization.
• Familiarity with AI and Agentic Development.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/CKA).
