Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

Salary: $140,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Orchestrate containerized Python applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure high availability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person to access U.S.-only data systems.
• Must work full-time on-site in Hawthorne, California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong background in Linux, containerization (Docker, Podman), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with Azure cloud and on-premise infrastructure deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with DoD system architectures and messaging standards (OMS, SOSA, Link-16).
• Knowledge of tracking and track fusion algorithms.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testbeds.
• Current or previous DoD security clearance.
• Proficiency in additional languages like C++, Rust, or Go.
