What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing documentation for all Secusmart products.
• Lead the creation and continuous improvement of technical documentation aligned with product releases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to ensure content accuracy and usability.
• Design documentation tailored to end users, system administrators, and governmental auditors.
• Support technical and procedural documentation for formal certifications and security evaluations.
• Define and optimize documentation templates, workflows, and content standards.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in German and near-native proficiency in English required.
• 5-10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Content Architect.
• Proven experience documenting complex, security-sensitive software systems.
• Strong command of technical writing methodologies and structured content principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with documentation requirements for government, defense, or regulated markets.
