What you will do

• Produce high-quality short-form video content for paid social campaigns.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for video generation, voiceover, and editing as a standard workflow.
• Adapt and localize content for various European markets using AI-powered dubbing and subtitle tools.
• Partner with the performance marketing team to iterate on creative assets based on campaign results.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all social platforms and regions.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in social content creation.
• Proven portfolio of platform-native social media content.
• Hands-on experience with AI production tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of paid social dynamics, including hooks, pacing, and platform-specific formats.
• Fluent in English required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany.
