What you will do

• Write compelling digital copy, captions, and campaign messaging for food brands.
• Develop creative concepts and pitch ideas to clients while guiding internal execution.
• Engage with communities daily across social platforms to foster authentic interactions.
• Moderate feedback and inquiries with brand sensitivity in collaboration with Customer Care.
• Monitor food and cultural trends to create timely, relevant content activations.
• Utilize social listening to identify risks, opportunities, and audience insights.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German is required.
• High-quality copywriting skills in both English and German.
• Experience in community management or digital content creation.
• Understanding of FMCG food culture and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Salzburg, Vienna, or Berlin.
