What you will do

• Lead the launch of the Instagram channel in Germany and manage LinkedIn and YouTube presence across Germany and the UK.
• Own and execute social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with regional marketing goals.
• Produce high-quality assets, including hands-on creation of short-form video content.
• Collaborate with hospitality clients to uncover unique stories and develop authentic, engaging concepts.
• Monitor social performance using Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Act as the brand gatekeeper for organic social content, ensuring premium quality standards.

Requirements

• Native-level German and high proficiency in English (C1+).
• 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube platforms.
• Experience with the end-to-end content production process, from briefing to publishing.
• Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling social media channels in new markets.
• Background in influencer or creator collaborations.
• Affinity with the hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
