Salary: $135,000 – $170,000

• Lead a team of media strategists in creating data-driven and culturally relevant media plans.
• Collaborate with writers to ideate and develop strategic creative work and presentations.
• Identify custom content opportunities and ensure first-to-market execution.
• Oversee the production process to maintain the integrity of creative concepts.
• Manage client relationships and present strategic visions effectively.
• Develop operational efficiencies and improve internal frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City or Los Angeles.
• 1.5+ years of experience in Art Direction and conceptual creative work in an advertising agency.
• Strong expertise in integrated media (Digital, TV, OTT, streaming).
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to generate big ideas and conceptual campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

• Experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
