What you will do
- Architect and maintain sophisticated developer tooling and automation frameworks.
- Lead the optimization of CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and reliable deployments.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in development workflows to boost team productivity.
- Develop documentation and training materials to standardize engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless developer experience.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve performance and output quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, developer tools, or DevOps roles.
- Expert proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Extensive experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD systems including Jenkins, GitHub, Flux CD, and Harness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Proven track record in agile software development and DevOps methodologies.
