What you will do

• Oversee the processing of all inbound returns and outbound delivery transactions.
• Manage shipping and receiving calendars and provide real-time status updates on trucking and orders.
• Generate returns and delivery tickets, labels, and receipts, coordinating closely with yard personnel.
• Schedule carrier appointments for shipments, returns, and transfers.
• Validate and approve freight invoices and manage shipping logs.
• Coordinate yard-to-yard transfers and liaise with local, regional, and national logistics and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant exhirify.globalence in Logistics.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and thoroughness in operational tasks.
