Location: Must be based in the United States (Fully Remote)

Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Own and execute the product roadmap aligned with business priorities and compliance needs.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and business teams to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure the successful delivery of third-party solutions.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key success metrics.
• Lead change management efforts including system updates, testing, and user enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven experience with Legal Technology, Compliance Systems, or Governance Platforms.
• Strong ability to translate complex legal and business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience with roadmap ownership, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce or ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or BI tools.
• Knowledge of APIs or scripting (e.g., Python).
• Ability to operate in complex and regulated environments.
