What you will do

• Assist users with materials informatics challenges to accelerate product development.
• Support platform deployments through a mix of remote collaboration and onsite engagement.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time to deliver training and workflow guidance.
• Develop and support customer AI assets and models on the platform.
• Provide domain-aware support and handle technical requests or bug reports.
• Clean, structure, and explore materials informatics data for customer workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, or a related field.
• Must be located in Germany.
• Experience in Consulting, Professional Services, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with technical users in an enterprise setting.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework in machine learning and/or statistics.
• Teaching experience.
