Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in office).

Salary: €68,900–€113,800

What you will do

• Develop and enhance Agents Kit components to support evolving agentic AI requirements.
• Work directly with early adopter customers to build AI-driven modules and applications.
• Deliver full-stack solutions using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Java.
• Maintain high standards for code quality and platform impact.
• Collaborate within cross-functional agile teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and a willingness to learn hirify.global development.
• Strong ownership mentality regarding code quality and end-user impact.
• Experience with agile frameworks and collaboration tools like Git.
• Must be able to work in the Munich office 1-2 times per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agent-building technologies like MCP and A2A.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with agentic tools such as Claude Code.
• Knowledge of generative AI services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
