What you will do

• Lead projects or workstreams for the implementation of SAP BTP and AI solutions.
• Develop scalable, integrated architectures for complex enterprise landscapes.
• Evaluate and define platform strategies (BTP, hyperscalers, open source, hybrid).
• Design and manage agent-based AI workflows (orchestration, tool integration, human-in-the-loop).
• Develop target visions, roadmaps, and migration strategies from legacy systems.
• Advise clients on complex technology decisions and coach team members.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• Have at least 6 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development.
• Have in-depth knowledge of SAP BTP (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core).
• Have practical experience with AI/GenAI applications in an enterprise context.
• Have experience leading teams as a project manager and combine technological depth with business acumen.
• German and English: confident understanding and communication of complex issues.
