What you will do

• Design and implement robust data pipeline tooling for low-friction data generation and annotation.
• Create cohesive data infrastructure supporting continuous parallel operation with model experimentation.
• Establish standardized processes for data validation and analysis of training and evaluation sets.
• Collaborate with ML modeling teams to align data capabilities with experimental needs.
• Develop systematic analysis frameworks to identify data sources and benchmark coverage gaps.

Requirements

• Extremely strong software engineering skills.
• Strong statistical skills for evaluating scientific experiments in data collection and model performance.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience owning complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
• Understanding of ML data requirements and the intersection of data engineering with modeling workflows.
