TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Brampton, ON (In-Office role)
Salary: $53,820 per year

What you will do
- Manage an assigned caseload of clients facing multiple barriers to employment.
- Conduct assessments to document client strengths, needs, and abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized Employment Action Plans.
- Provide pre-employment assistance, including vocational advice and job search training.
- Coordinate with employers to resolve issues and arrange necessary workplace accommodations.
- Maintain relationships with community stakeholders to facilitate client referrals.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, human services, or human resources.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with complex barriers and diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong documentation and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Must be able to work in-office in Brampton, ON.
- Employment is conditional on obtaining a criminal record check.
Nice to have
- Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) certification.
- Knowledge of the local labour market and government programs.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic).
- Experience with professional resume writing and vocational counselling.
