Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX or Deerfield, FL). Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

• Write production-grade code using Go to build testable, deterministic orchestration tooling.
• Operate and manage multi-agent fleets to handle parallel work streams.
• Implement security-native practices including TDD, secure SDLC, and threat modeling.
• Integrate AI agents natively into the Azure and GitHub Copilot stack.
• Manage model-agnostic workflows across Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT, optimizing token and context economics.
• Own the full SDLC for your work stream, from design and deployment to documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Senior-level engineer with daily hands-on delivery experience.
• Deep expertise in Azure and GitHub Copilot.
• Strong proficiency in Go or equivalent systems programming languages.
• Proven experience operating multi-agent or multi-model workflows in production.
• Security-native mindset with experience in vulnerability-response contexts.
• Ability to own a full work stream end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, identity, or CMDB/ITSM integrations.
• Background in eval-harness, red-teaming, or agent-guardrail development.
