What you will do

• Oversee and guide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis processes across multiple business units.
• Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategies with corporate goals and growth initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A leaders and analysts to ensure high financial rigor and leadership strength.
• Drive strategic initiatives including performance optimization, profitability analysis, and capital allocation.
• Consolidate and present financial results and forecasts to senior executives, highlighting key drivers and risks.
• Enhance forecasting methodologies and financial systems to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in strategic financial planning and business partnership within a technology or high-growth environment.
• Proven success in managing and developing senior finance professionals.
• Strong command of financial systems and planning tools, with experience in an AI-driven environment.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and influence at all levels.
