What you will do

• Lead end-to-end budget creation, long-range planning, and headcount planning in partnership with department leaders.
• Build and manage agentic workflows using AI tools like Claude Code, Gemini, and ChatGPT to automate data extraction and forecasting.
• Own the analysis of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and the full P&L to ensure capital efficiency and operational health.
• Provide quantitative foundations for complex pricing analysis and strategic business pivots for senior leadership.
• Implement monthly Variance Analysis processes to provide predictive insights into burn management.
• Support fundraising efforts, including preparation of investor presentations, due diligence data, and Board of Directors decks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• English: Fluent (written and verbal) required.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience within global VC-backed SaaS companies, including experience as a hands-on Individual Contributor.
• Expert-level proficiency in AI tools, specifically Claude Code, to independently build agentic workflows.
• High level of proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with capital raising, investor reporting, and due diligence processes.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Big 4 alumni experience, specifically from Valuation or Strategy departments.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A system implementations.
• Prior managerial experience with the ability to scale a team.
