What you will do
- Own the new-business sales strategy and execution for assigned verticals from prospecting to contract signing.
- Build and convert a qualified outbound pipeline using networking, referrals, and event leads.
- Conduct discovery calls, solution demos, and commercial negotiations with C-level stakeholders.
- Achieve revenue targets and activity KPIs while maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to tailor pricing and pitches.
- Represent the company at European and Global trade shows and conduct client-site visits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of outbound sales or business development experience in target verticals.
- Track record of closing large, complex B2B deals.
- Deep understanding of payments or fintech; crypto payments experience is a strong plus.
- English: B2 level or higher required.
- Ability to travel for trade events and client visits, sometimes at short notice.
- Proficiency in SFDC CRM and sales tools.
Nice to have
- Hands-on background in assigned industries (e.g., casino, aviation, EMI/PSP).
- Established network of decision-makers in priority verticals.
