Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do
- Own retention for a book of high-value Meal Program accounts to protect GMV and reduce churn.
- Build trusted relationships with customer admins and key stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor churn signals and execute account-level retention plans.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve customer experience and close feedback loops.
- Use AI tools to identify risk patterns, personalize outreach, and surface actionable insights.
- Escalate and resolve service, delivery, or order accuracy issues to mitigate risk.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales.
- Proven track record in managing a book of business and reducing churn.
- Experience with Salesforce for account management and documentation.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Strong data-informed mindset and ability to translate feedback into action.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for company events.
