Location: Must be based in the US. Role is remote-hybrid, with the option to work from the Boston office, home, or a mix of both. Travel required: up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings.

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Own retention for a book of high-value Meal Program accounts to protect GMV and reduce churn.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer admins and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor churn signals and execute account-level retention plans.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve customer experience and close feedback loops.
  • Use AI tools to identify risk patterns, personalize outreach, and surface actionable insights.
  • Escalate and resolve service, delivery, or order accuracy issues to mitigate risk.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales.
  • Proven track record in managing a book of business and reducing churn.
  • Experience with Salesforce for account management and documentation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Strong data-informed mindset and ability to translate feedback into action.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for company events.
