What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and recruit top-tier software engineering talent to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Partner with architects and product owners to drive the implementation of new applications across the full stack.
• Manage third-party staff augmentation firms and contractors to ensure budget and timeline alignment.
• Foster a culture of continuous delivery, code quality, and full lifecycle ownership.
• Modernize existing technology stacks and identify opportunities for automation.
• Serve as a high-level escalation contact for complex technical and project-related conflicts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5-7 years of experience leading projects or initiatives through influence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of client-server architecture, web technologies, and infrastructure/DevOps.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Ability to design and architect maintainable, scalable technical systems.
