What you will do

• Manage and deepen relationships with key retail brands and agencies to drive revenue growth.
• Construct and execute joint business plans with top-tier clients.
• Educate new clients on the Reddit advertising platform and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide strategic, consultative advice to align client goals with unique platform opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Account Management and Ad Operations.
• Act as a thought leader and Reddit evangelist at industry events and with partners.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in digital media with 3-7 years in sales.
• Proven experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise retail organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships up through C-level executives.
• Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
