Fleet Administrator

Fleet Administrator (Logistics): Providing comprehensive administrative support for the Fleet leadership team and managing daily fleet operations for Telemundo Enterprises with an accent on vehicle tracking, vendor relations, and safety compliance. Focus on coordinating production logistics, managing driver schedules in a 24/7 environment, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in Miami, Florida. This position is required to be performed full-time from an hirify.global-designated worksite.

What you will do

• Track fuel and mileage for production fleet vehicles and analyze data for efficiency.
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle repairs and manage vendor registration and relations.
• Manage fleet driver assignments and schedules to meet 24/7 production needs.
• Support production units and provide guidance to lead drivers while escalating issues to management.
• Ensure fleet safety and compliance with federal/state laws and EHS/OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate rentals and black car services, including training drivers on etiquette for high-profile clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to work in Miami, Florida.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and be on-call 24/7.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, climbing, and handling materials in varying weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Valid Florida CDL driver’s license (Type A or B).
