What you will do
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure application architecture and testability.
- Design and maintain robust automated test suites for web, mobile, and API layers.
- Utilize modern frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Maestro, Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Develop scalable test strategies with a primary focus on automation over manual testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects to ensure high visibility and rapid feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or SDET with a focus on automation.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing for web, mobile, and APIs.
- Experience with native mobile test automation using Espresso (Android) or XCUITest (iOS).
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for complex automation failures.
Nice to have
- Experience with contract testing (e.g., Pact).
- Knowledge of monitoring systems and data visualization.
- Previous developer experience.
- Familiarity with IoT domains.
