Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and improve testing strategies, test plans, test suites, regression tests, and quality metrics.
• Apply black-box, gray-box, and white-box testing techniques.
• Write automated tests and user-level test automation tools, including AI-assisted tooling.
• Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, UX designers, and customer support to model real-world product usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of professional software QA engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering test frameworks and tools and leading QA projects or initiatives.
• Experience with manual and automated testing, scripting or coding, and QA methodologies.
• Experience with an automated test framework such as Playwright, Cypress, TestCafe, Selenium, Appium, or WebdriverIO.
• Ability to understand software internals, debug issues using log files, gather test requirements, and define quality metrics.
