Salary: $113,520 - $170,280 (USD)

What you will do

• Align resources with projects to maximize labor efficiency and prioritize client expectations.
• Supervise production staff in project execution and client service; manage employee performance, development, discipline, and timesheets.
• Lead hiring for the practice, including interviews for production staff and project managers.
• Manage client relationships within the assigned geographical region and support proposal development and profitable fee structures.
• Ensure production of drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meets scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Serve as Project Manager for critical clients/projects as needed and coordinate with sector leadership in a highly matrixed environment.

Requirements

• English: must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business preferred (or equivalent leadership/management experience).
• 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in personnel or project management.
• Proven ability to grow and develop client-focused engineering teams; ability to motivate, direct, and coach staff.
• Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of the A&E industry, codes, design guides, and standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the role’s core competencies (communication, integrity, quality orientation, teamwork/inclusion, continuous learning, leadership).
