What you will do

• Oversee utility-scale wind projects through development, construction, commissioning, and turnover to Operations.
• Participate in RFPs and scope of work packages for EPC and OEM partners, including contract negotiation.
• Conduct due diligence on potential wind project sites and evaluate their technical suitability.
• Manage EPC Contractor and OEM schedules, budgets, scope, and permit compliance.
• Coordinate utility interconnection processes and handle related documentation for project testing.
• Lead project delivery by coordinating with engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and accounting teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience in renewable project construction is required.
• Superior stakeholder leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, SAP, MS Teams, and Quickbase.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to various project locations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in wind energy projects.
• Project Management Institute PMP certification.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project/Planner or P6.
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA code requirements.
